Urban restoration is proposed, the recovery of the historic center from the perspective of its heritage, cultural, urban and environmental value, generating a positive impact in the economic field and social development. The center of the city of Popayán presents in the urban fabric a deficit of public space, congestion in vehicular and pedestrian mobility, saturation of soils, environmental problems and in public transport; This is because it was not a planned center for the future due to its colonial era and style. in the past, the importance and contextual development which is characterized today is not imagined; a restructuring and specification of proposals to the PEMP is carried out, from the conservation and restoration of its architecture and urban fabric to the relocation and sectorization by activity , taking into account the limitations and regulations. When addressing the different consequential problems of the spatial transformations of the commercial sector caused by the lack of regularization of land use for the conservation of heritage vestiges, the lines of paramentation, mobility, environmental and residual management, as well as the articulation urban with the other adjacent urban areas. By enhancing the quality public space in the sector through design alternatives, it will be achieved through a process of theoretical analysis based on the project references and the dynamics that are currently presented on Calle 30. When diagnosing the different lacking or weak aspects, They understand urban dynamics through the normative instruments for intervention as part of the analysis instruments to argue the spatial characterization, the forms are categorized and deepened to give priority to the design elements that have the purpose of ordering and alternating options for the regularization of changes futures of the object of study.Item Alternativas en el manejo de materiales no convencionales aplicables en la construcción de la vivienda social en Palmira Valle del Cauca. The purpose of the intervention is to boost the stay in the place and propose ecotourism as a plan to improve the economic development of the territory, the project is aimed at local people, the department and the rest of the country whose interest are activities carried out in a natural environment. In addition, the research frames the historical context that characterizes ecotourism activity in various parts of the world and the reference of projects that have contemplated the chosen theme. Finally, the study is based on a methodology of analysis of economic, environmental, cultural and social components divided into: Area that has direct influence on the project being this the municipality of Baraya (rural area), then the intervention area is analyzed, between the paths: El Cañón and Centro Poblado El Hotel. The following scale of study contains the intervention polygon, defined by limits that condense the chosen lot together with the urban intervention of the project.Item Ampliación y Readecuación del Hospital el Salvador de Ubaté(Universidad Antonio Nariño) Santana Martinez, Angie Alejandra; Ríos, AndrésIn this project it was carried out with the aim of proposing an Extension and Readaptation of the Hospital el Salvador de Ubaté, focusing on the municipality of San Diego de Ubaté, developed some strategies, to increase and improve the spaces of the building to intervene, the current infrastructure of the hospital presents some spaces in deterioration affecting the services for the community, so an investigation is carried out to get to the bottom of the specific problems that arise in the intervention area. The urban and architectural analyses that were carried out generated as a result an expansion of new spaces and integrate a new cardio vascular specialty. In the new building, the administrative reorganization, cardio vascular specialty, ICU for older adults and hospital areas for men and women were implemented.Item Análisis del diseño de instalaciones y ambientes escolares de la universidad Antonio Nariño sede Villavicencio frente a la NTC 4595(Universidad Antonio Nariño) Garcia Alvarez, Edwin Orlando; Molina Benavides, Juan David Andrés; Salamanca Rey, Joshua AndresThe Antonio Nariño University headquarters Villavicencio in its 24 years of operation has built several buildings, stages and spaces, in order to generate educational environments that contribute to the training of professionals, although several of these scenarios were designed when NTC 4595 did not yet exist. , norm that regulates the planning and design of school facilities and environments; Thus, research emerged so that the use of Facility Management tools sought to analyze the design of existing facilities and school environments at the Antonio Nariño University, Villavicencio headquarters, based on compliance with NTC 4595, as a contribution and adaptation to the improvement of the quality of university education (Cáceres Mari, 2016). For the above, a research of a quantitative and descriptive type was developed, using Facility Management tools for the collection of information (in cards), taking as a sample the 18 areas into which the headquarters was divided. The results show the diagnosis of school facilities and environments, the identification of nonconformities based on NTC 4595 and the formulation of alternative solutions to the detected observations.Item Anillo verde en el municipio de Aguachica Cesar(Universidad Antonio Nariño) Orozco Perez, Ailyn Cristina; Hidalgo, AdrianaThe following document proposes the configuration of an urban project as an environmental device and urban articulator that allows incentivizing a new urban green infrastructure system. To solve the problem of natural and semi-natural peri-urban areas, a green network was designed that surrounds the entire urban perimeter, articulated by ecological nodes that are consistent with the needs of the natural landscape. The level of illiteracy of the municipality was valued at a figure of 19.1% of illiterate people, mainly affecting people in the rural sector who are the least fortunate to receive a corresponding academic process, due to the low level of interest in educational level. , since his interests lie in generating economic income, so he retired to the field at age 15, starting his working life at an early age, since it is the main activity of the sector. , leaving aside any academic process, thus raising illiteracy rates. (DANE, 2005). Analyzing the figures “Due to the illiteracy processes developed by the national government as of 2014, there was a decrease (in relation to the 2005 census), with a percentage of 5.63%” (DANE, 2019). It is intended to carry out through this work the development of an educational center for both the people of the municipality of Garzón, both urban and rural, and, in turn, to the neighboring municipalities, to cover the largest possible number of population to provide better social and individual development. For the correct development of this thesis of degree it is necessary to know movements, thoughts, references on the inspiring bases of the virtual worlds or video games, this in order to build an elementary family tree that will bring us closer to understanding where the main ideas that gave rise to these projects and how these ideas that transcended in the real world, can influence the virtual worlds.Item La arquitectura moderna de Guadalajara de Buga: un reconocimiento a sus valores patrimoniales(Universidad Antonio Nariño) Mejía Rodríguez, Juan Carlos; Manrique Flórez, Oscar FernandoThe theme of the present formulation of work of degree addresses the modern architecture of Guadalajara de Buga as cultural heritage of the city. Guadalajara de Buga preserves in its historical center one of the bulwarks most important architectural urban areas of the country. Different styles converge in its streets, giving the light of how over the years has been transformed the concept of habitat in the city. From the colonial style and conception of the conservative and austere home, passing by the republican style and his obsession with ornamentation and detail in its max-imum expression, until you reach the modern movement and its simple solutions, aesthetic and functional that enrich the urban landscape of a city that you bet to be, what it is today, a preserved village with memories of the rich history of the Colombian architecture. In this sense, the real estate of the modern movement that because of the dynamics real estate that has suffered the city have been relegated and it has therefore been ignored their patrimonial condition generating progressive loss of its characteristics. The most recent case is the construction of the El Quimbo Hydroelectric Reservoir owned by the multinational Emgesa. The dam project brought economic, social, environmental and cultural difficulties. The affected peasants were relocated to different developed settlements, which ultimately failed to offer them a good quality of life and a continuity of their economic activities that depended on agriculture. On the other hand, participatory architecture has proven to be useful when facing problems of this type where, after an intervention and subsequent compensation, the needs of the affected people are not adequately satisfied. In this way, the following research question is posed: ¿How would the implementation of participatory architecture improve the quality of life of the inhabitants of the Santiago resettlement and palace in Garzón - Huila?Item Arquitectura sensorial como factor de diseño en el espacio público(Universidad Antonio Nariño) Gaviria Mejía, Mario Alberto; Reyes Caballero, Celesky MarielResearch work on Sensory Architecture as a Design factor in Public Space for people with sensory, cognitive and motor disabilities. With the general objective of designing an accessibility manual for this type of population based on Sensory Architecture to achieve activation of the senses and social inclusion, on the other hand, this project aims to sensitize readers about the proper execution of public space and their inclusion challenges before all kinds of population. In the findings of this research, we managed to understand Sensory Architecture as a design concept that allows us to harmonize materials, colors, textures, objects, lighting, aesthetics, and functionality, allowing us to create spaces with energy and perception and sensation. to the human being. Consequently, the design of the manual can be carried out harmonizing all the components of the public space and that people with disabilities are taken into account in the same intervention. This research contributes to knowledge and allows new fields of exploration in Architecture.
