Abstract
The objective of this work is to develop a business plan for the production and commercialization of Artisan Soy-based Yogurt. Offer a soy-based artisan yogurt with vegetable ingredients that allow it to be an alternative to the consumption of foods derived from animals. Its volume and presentation compared to the market is original and innovative since the packaging is in cardboard.
