Abstract
This document contains the proposal for the implementation of the transfer of knowledge management in the Falabella Insurance Agency, which was seen throughout the course “Knowledge management” of the facultad of the economic science and administrative of the University Antonio Nariño. In this proposal a series of considerations were made, based on the need that was initially raised and that, according to this, a series of aspects that were relevant to carry out the research were addressed.
To this end, some validations were carried out at the internal level of the company in order to start from the best and most appropriate bases to understand the best application option, and the concepts that led to a good opportunity for improvement for the organization.
