Abstract
This document samples the final deductions from a search carried out on the collection and final disposal of the chicken meat trays of the Pollos el dorado company, which faces a problem in its reuse and contamination to the environment, due to the packaging it uses for its products, since it is a high pollutant on human health and its environment. Due to the above, a reverse logistics model was designed, which includes data collection, collection, treatment and final disposal.
Mainly, a diagnosis was made of the procedure carried out for the collection and final disposal of the chicken meat trays; Subsequently, the mathematical model is structured through mixed integer linear programming and finally it is developed, presenting the theoretical validation and evaluating possible improvement scenarios.
