Abstract
What is proposed in this work is the formulation of a business plan for the setting up of a fast-food restaurant in the healthy subsector in the El Peñón neighborhood of the City of Cali. The business will bear the name "AL GUSTO" and would offer its services in healthy food, but seeking to differentiate itself in the sector by providing a new alternative to food, helping consumers improve their eating habits when they eat out. We will seek to generate a different awareness taking into account the customer as a fundamental part of the business and the different activities to be carried out.
