Abstract
In the search to implement a more agile and efficient production process that contributes to reducing the time it takes to carry out a cycle and in turn increases current sales, the project tries to help the company “Sabor y Sazón, Ajo Boyacense” to improve the production process through the design of a prototype dryer, for this it was necessary to characterize the garlic drying curve and size the machine.
