Abstract
The purpose of this research is to make a diagnosis of the stressful working conditions that constitute the work environment of the employees of the fashion Company STF Group SA in the city of Cartagena in 2020, through the application of two Instruments such as the survey, which will make it possible to analyze the origin of the factors causing work stress; and the SWOT analysis that will allow detecting those strong and weak factors internally and externally of the company, and that will allow knowing at a general level the strategic position at the organizacional level of the company; the foregoing through a mixed quantitative and qualitative methodology of a descriptive nature. Within the results, it could be observed that the factors that most influence the generation of stress in employees are the workload and working hours, the lack of support to carry out activities, the inability to fall asleep, headaches, feeling tired, tendency to eat more than usual, strong temptations not to get up in the morning, the physical conditions of the workplace, the interpersonal relationship between colleagues, bosses and subordinates, assertive communication between the different command lines of the company, compliance with working hours, meeting goals and incentives and incentives to employees for work effort and performance.
