Abstract
This work is part of the experience of the pedagogical practice carried out at La Candelaria Integrated School, Headquarters B, and focused on students of the third grade in 2019 and part of 2020. It intends to systematize the practice process, making a reconstruction and later analyzing the pedagogical strategies that were oriented by Waldorf and Lotus pedagogies in the integral formation of the children, allowed to improve the situations of violence and its normalization in the classroom.
