Abstract
This research aims to analyze the impact of the organizational climate on the working attitudes of employees of microenterprises in the service sector in the city of Santa Marta. For this purpose, a virtual survey was applied to 50 employees belonging to ten microenterprises, with the purpose of identifying how the variables associated with the measurement of the organizational climate intervene in the attitudes assumed by the workers. The results show that the organizational climate affects the perceptions that employees create of the work environment, which is important for understanding the actions and decisions that they take or may take in relation to their work.
