Abstract
Throughout the career of business administration the term of organizational culture is present, this topic causes great interest due to the infinity of examples of success that we find of companies that achieve the best use of this tool in their organization, there is no the certainty that or what is the best way to use it in organizations that do not have the knowledge of this tool, for this reason an approach to the current state is made, hence the need to propose a first investigative exercise that allows through a State of the Art to know the studies and research that have been carried out on the subject.
This research aims to provide business administration students and entrepreneurs with a vision of the publications on this subject, in the same way of the concepts that are had in Colombia and what has been their evolution in a short period of time. Time, it will allow you to have a basis in making decisions about the best form of implementation according to the needs of your organization.
