A causa del creciente aumento poblacional, la necesidad de una vivienda digna, la facilidad adquisitiva de predios en sectores no consolidados del territorio y la violencia segregada con respecto a la distribución de suelo en la superficie colombiana se ha presentado un fenómeno de migración forzada el cual afecta en mayor medida a sectores periféricos del país, esto desencadena a su vez en un deterioro múltiple respecto a la calidad de vida del habitante.

Abstract
Due to the growing population increase, the need for decent housing, the ease of purchasing properties in unconsolidated sectors of the territory and the segregated violence with respect to the distribution of land on the Colombian surface, a phenomenon of forced migration has arisen, which It affects peripheral sectors of the country to a greater extent, this in turn triggers a multiple deterioration with respect to the quality of life of the inhabitant.
