La reubicación laboral en el Ejército Nacional toma una gran relevancia ya que se tiene un incremento alto en cuanto a los Oficiales y Suboficiales que son heridos en el área de combate teniendo como resultado algún tipo de discapacidad física con afectación emocional y psicológica.
Por tal razón este proyecto se focalizo en diseñar una propuesta que permita dar a conocer cuáles deben ser las habilidades para el desarrollo y adaptación de la reubicación laboral dentro del Ejército Nacional, teniendo como base la capacitación y orientación que se debe brindar al militar frente a su nuevo rol dentro de la institución.
Abstract
The labor relocation in the National Army takes on a great relevance that has a high percentage in terms of officers and NCOs who are injured in the combat area that results in some type of physical disability with emotional and psychological affectation. For this reason, this project will focus on designing a proposal that allows knowing the capacities for the development and adaptation of the labor relocation within the National Army, based on the training and guidance that should be offered to the military in front of its new role within the institution.
