The business economic sector has undergone many changes since the increase in competencies, even the globalization and internationalization of the economy, but it is the logistics one of the most necessary strategies to carry out the organization of a company, especially in supply, storage and distribution, these being the most important elements of business logistics. Supply in companies is essential to increase its competitiveness in a market in which there are more and more competing companies and in which the demand of the clients is increasing. The The importance of logistics in companies today lies in the fact of being able to supply of raw materials and products in a short period of time, so that the final product can be made available to the consumer as soon as possible. For this it is done completely good inventory management is essential, so that situations do not occur of shortage. In order to be more and more efficient, logistics is carrying out a technification process and increasingly depends on new technologies. Taking into account the above, it does not matter in which economic sector it operates, the employer must have an occupational prevention plan that allows it to have identified, valued and evaluated those risks present in the different areas of the company, and in this way have measures or action plans that allow the elimination or at least mitigate as much as possible the causes that may originate these risks. The purpose of this project is to design an occupational prevention plan in the food sector, specifically in a restaurant, using a simple but practical methodology when it comes to identifying the dangers to which the staff is exposed and can be managed in the correct way. , thus reducing the accident rate or the appearance of diseases later in life for these people.Item Tipos de conocimiento para la asociatividad empresarial en las Mipymes del sector metalmecánico de la Región Caribe colombiana(Universidad Antonio Nariño) Rodríguez Hernández, Mauricio Andrés; Sarmiento Zambrano, Alberto Yesith; Junco Colina, Danilo AntonioThe analysis focused on the different definitions of business associativity reveals as a result four types of knowledge in the organization: tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge, according to an epistemological conception, and on the other hand, individual knowledge and social or collective knowledge are raised from the ontological point of view. These types of knowledge are fully differentiated in terms of their availability, access and manageability. Some authors such as Davenport and others (2014), argue that in organizations knowledge varies from specialized, complex and accumulated knowledge, which resides in individuals and is largely inexpressible, which is when talking about tacit knowledge, to a much more structured and explicit content. In this sense, the authors differentiate knowledge from the point of view of its technical nature, its complexity and that which has been stored and collected to ensure the efficiency of processes in organizations. This work seeks to identify and describe the different types of knowledge required by MIPYMEs in the metalworking sector of the Colombian Caribbean region to use business associations for administrative processes in them in order to improve their productivity and competitiveness.
