Reading has become an obligation rather than a necessity, as Pablo Francisco Mora Venegas points out in his article "La motivación hacia la lectura de textos literarios" (Motivation towards reading literary texts). It has become a mechanical process that does not promote true reflection and interpretation of what is read. This turns reading comprehension into a mere requirement to pass a subject, leaving aside the achievement of educational objectives related to the acquisition of disciplinary content and the development of cognitive skills.
Plan Especial de Salvaguardia (PES) Como Manifestación Sociocultural e Histórica en el Camino de Las Papas, San Agustín - Huila y San Sebastián - Cauca

El Camino de las Papas, also known as Camino Nacional or El Letrero, is an ancestral route wich comunicate the distrcts of Quinchana, San Agustín - Huila and Valecia, San Sebastián – Cauca that has a high historical, cultural and environmental value that has allowed the transport and exchange of various foods, fabrics, minerals, clothing, livestock and traditions through the Macizo Colombiano since the 16th century; however, its importance at national level has gradually diminished due to the deterioration it has experienced thanks to deficient management by the State. It is for thisreason that, considering its recent declaration as Heritage and Asset of Cultural Interest of the Department of Huila, we think about the opportunity to generate a regulation or norm that allows the proper conservation of El Camino de Las Papas, its environment, historical and sociocultural memory through a PES. The project begins with the execution of an integrated approach diagnosis, where quantitative information is gathered through cartographic information tools, and qualitative Information through field work; Subsequently, the analysis of static and dynamic factors identified in the study area is developed, defining a scheme of possible interventions that allow projecting the planning and organization strategies in the rural territory to safeguard the route and the environmental, archaeological, sociocultural and historical factors that it has, framing the project in an urban-regulatory intervention on a cultural heritage.
Recuperación de la estructura urbano ambiental como estrategia para el desarrollo del espacio público en el río del oro en la ciudad de Neiva Huila

After an analysis of El Río del Oro, it is one of the rivers that crosses the municipal seat of Neiva in an east-west direction, it is born in the Cuchilla Terpella, a branch of the Neiva hill, at 1000 meters above sea level. It was necessary to cover problems found in the area, the abandonment, the misuse that the development of the city and the different uses not allowed have generated serious problems in this area, starting with an economic, social and environmental study of this sector. Based on this analysis, it seeks to propose a proposal on the territory that includes the Rio del Oro, achieving a great impact in a positive way in the city of Neiva (Huila), which arises from the need to rescue the relationship between the city , public space and the gold river, a link that is lost and that could be effective for the sociocultural and economic development of the capital of Huila.

Indeed, in many countries, including Colombia, there has been controversy between those who sympathize with pigeons and those who consider them to be a plague that spreads diseases, invades, deteriorates, and affects the architecture of squares, cathedrals, parks, and buildings. Cultural roots cause people to have different perceptions about pigeons. However, from the perspective of animal welfare, the concept of animals requiring comprehensive care is defended, which involves: health status, population control, nutritional management, environmental impact, and even the epidemiological risk it represents for the community. In this sense, the Antonio Nariño University (UAN) has undertaken the challenge of generating and compiling relevant information regarding the species of pigeons (C. livia) and their role in the anthropic or urban environment.

On September 9, 2021, the Consejo de Estado Colombiano (CE) with sentence SUJ025-CE-S2-2021, establishes a jurisprudential sub-rule, determining the continuity solution at 30 business days, between the existence of a contract and the execution of the following. From the analysis it can be deduced that the establishment of this jurisprudence by the EC violates the principle of labor progressivity.
