Mediante este proyecto se realizó el diseño de un plan de mantenimiento industrial para
la empresa HMP MOTOR´S SAS, dicha empresa no tenía un plan de mantenimiento planeado,
una estructura organizacional definida y sus empleados se encontraban desmotivados
laboralmente, por lo que fue indispensable la realización de este proyecto.
Al gestionar el registro y control del mantenimiento vehicular, se logró mejorar la
competitividad y productividad de la compañía en un 20%, así mismo, se establecieron
procedimientos y funciones de los procesos en cada área, estipulando funciones específicas y
organizadas, que mantengan a los empleados encaminados hacia un solo objetivo, bajo sus
propios derechos y cumpliendo con sus deberes. Las personas beneficiadas con este proyecto son
todos los colaboradores que trabajan en esta compañía.
Abstract
Through this project, the design of an industrial maintenance plan for the company HMP
MOTOR'S SAS was carried out, said company did not have a planned maintenance plan, a
defined organizational structure and its employees were unmotivated at work, so the realization
of this project.
By managing the registration and control of vehicle maintenance, it was possible to
improve the competitiveness and productivity of the company by 20%, likewise, procedures and
functions of the processes were established in each area, stipulating specific and organized
functions that maintain the employees directed towards a single objective, under their own rights
and fulfilling their duties. The people who benefit from this project are all the collaborators who
work in this company
