Abstract
This work will focus on establishing a business model for the production and sale of handmade jewelry for sale online through the implementation of e-commerce and with the help of the canvas tool, with the aim of making this business viable, thanks to the knowledge acquired during these years of the career, Business Administration, it is in this way that we will start with a market analysis, followed by this we will carry out the marketing and sales plan in the same way the operational plan will be presented, and finally we will carry out the financial plan and the corresponding legal aspects, for this process of production and sale of hand-made costume jewelery mixed with natural materials such as tagua, seeds and bottles, which, because they are natural fiber materials, help prevent contamination and improve the conservation of the environment.
