Abstract
The purpose of this Undergraduate Work was to propose a design of learning guides to allow the strengthening of the SKILLS and COMPETENCES of INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING STUDENTS in the TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT 4.0 based on a learning TEACHING process through a DICO APPROACH.
To achieve the objective, documentary research was carried out that allowed to know the different theories of learning teaching, also developed a data collection of each of the tools and equipment found in DIDACTIC FACTORY, investigated the different NEEDS that logistics have in the INDUSTRIES and how it relates to EDUCATION and finally with the information collected was obtained a DESIGN of learning guides where it allowed to know the scope that they have the playful activity under EXPERIENCE SIMULATIONS allowing to strengthen the skills and competencies of students with support of NEW TECHNOLOGIES.
As a final result, a model of guides was obtained that accompany the new programmatic CONTENT themes that contribute to the learning teaching process in the development of the subject Logistics Management 4.0.
