Ovarian cancer is one of the most common gynecological cancers and with the highest mortality in women. Cross-talk between cancer-associated fibroblasts and tumor cells has been correlated with chemoresistance, invasion, and metastasis. In this study, the effect of prestimulated fibroblasts on ovarian cancer tumor cells exposed to Dox/MgO was evaluated by invasion, scratch wound and MTT assays.
