Abstract
In this document, a proposal for continuous improvement is presented through the Kaizen
philosophy, which, together with a new structure or methodology, aims to face the current
problems presented by the company CONSOLTECC SAS, in order to provide
tools/methodologies that are easy to apply for the adaptation of this philosophy in said
organization.
Through prior knowledge of the company and following the schedule of activities, which
was the guide for the execution of the project, it was possible to identify each of the
opportunities for improvement, which were determined thanks to the initial diagnosis
made with the principles of the Vester matrix together with Pyramided H, in addition to
this, a series of requirements were raised which were identified and focused to the
organization for its further development, giving way to the main objective of the proposal.
This is how the objectives set out in this document were fully met, delivering as a result
the elaboration of the improvement proposal, indicating the step by step in each of the
chapters that required it, where each and every one of the aspects of the organization
together with its collaborators were integrated, ending with an action plan that allows the
organization to continue with continuous improvement through the proposed phases
process.
