Abstract
The purpose of this project is to develop a proposal to improve the logistics process in the MEDICAL WORLD Company in its Storage and Distribution stages, in such a way that the parameters established by the company, in addition to being able to provide adequate service to customers in terms of quantities and delivery times. For which strategies were developer from the point of view of Industrial Engineering. To improve the logistics processes of distribution and warehousing of products, among which are the restructuring of the location of products, so that it is more agile and is in accordance with the category and its output level and its characteristics, improving the preparation and packing process for dispatch, thus reducing dispatch times, improving customer service.
