El objetivo de este trabajo es entender cómo se han desarrollado los espacios autoconstruidos y las problemáticas asociadas, y ofrecer un diseño urbano integrado con el borde urbano y el río Bogotá. Basado en la recolección de datos estadísticos sobre población y desarrollo apoyándose en distintas teorías urbanísticas que ayudan a entender y descifrar mejor el elemento a estudiar, se analizan diversas zonas del barrio para justificar el proyecto.

Abstract
The objective of this work is to understand how self-constructed spaces have developed and the associated issues, and to offer an urban design integrated with the urban edge and the Bogotá River. Based on the collection of statistical data on population and development, supported by various urban theories that help better understand and decipher the element under study, various areas of the neighborhood are analyzed to justify the project.
