Abstract
The present study aims to propose a process approach in the company Frutos y Verdura de mi País S.A.S, which aims at the distribution of inputs and / or products to welfare and schools. The research project consists of 3 objectives that are essential to carry out this thesis. The proposal to implement a management by processes, will look for the continuous improvement of the organization replacing the functional approach of the company by the approach by processes, in which, the internal processes will be structured, where the main activities will be standardized, that will allow a good operation of the company. Likewise, indicators were proposed that will have the objective of monitoring and measuring these processes, which will help in the decision making process for continuous improvement. In order to carry out this proposal for the implementation of a process approach, necessary information was obtained from the company's workers, knowing from their perspective the functional functioning of the processes. Likewise, for the structuring of the new processes, under the proposed approach, ISO 9001:2015 was used as a tool, which uses the PHVA cycle, and provides parameters that allow the construction and documentation of processes. This approach by processes proposed, in the company Frutos y Verdura de mi País S.A.S. will bring benefits that will aim to the organizational success and the satisfaction of the client, guaranteeing the competitiveness and the positioning within the enterprise world.
