Abstract
This study evaluates the cost-effectiveness of maternal-perinatal interventions implemented by a health insurer in southwestern Colombia during 2021-2022, focusing on extreme

indicate that improving prenatal and perinatal care not only benefits maternal and perinatal health, but also optimizes financial resources in overburdened health systems. S
