El presente trabajo de grado tiene como objetivo evaluar y mejorar el entorno urbano y las condiciones sociales del barrio de San Victorino, que es un importante centro de actividad comercial en Bogotá. La investigación se centra en los campos de la arquitectura y el urbanismo con el objetivo de abordar los desafíos que enfrenta esta área y ofrecer soluciones que mejoren significativamente la movilidad, la seguridad y la calidad espacial para sus residentes, trabajadores y visitantes.

Abstract
The objective of this degree work is to evaluate and improve the urban environment and social conditions of the San Victorino neighborhood, which is an important center of commercial activity in Bogotá. The research focuses on the fields of architecture and urban planning with the aim of addressing the challenges faced by this area and offering solutions that significantly improve mobility, safety and spatial quality for its residents, workers and visitors.
