Abstract
This document presents the proposal for the design and construction of a training center for
linemen, whose purpose is to provide training to people who require it in the line of overhead
power distribution networks, taking into account labor competencies such as: safe work at
heights, the installation and primary maintenance of electricity distribution networks.
