Abstract
The current project aims to study the implementation of an administrative and financial
diagnosis to the company Restcafe S.A.S, since this will allow to evaluate, analyze and interpret
the financial situation in which they are, for this reason the entity Restcafe S.A.S wishes to
implement this project as a strategy of improvement since it is intended that through this can be
optimized resources. And also to be able to identify those weak points to employ action plans
that allow to obtain the sustainability of the business and also so that the expected profitability
can be achieved. This is to be achieved through the use of financial indicators, which will help to
identify those weaknesses that are financially affecting the entity so as to be able to propose
corrective measures that can maximise its profits and increase the value of the enterprise.
