Abstract
This compilation work is of a qualitative documentary order, its development is in the investigation and analysis of school violence described in 36 selected written documents. For this exercise, the analysis methodology was done with hermeneutics, by “Riceaur” due to the potential it offers in interpretation and textual depth. It was based theoretically under the precepts of Action and the Communicative ethics of Habermas, trying to establish the ethical minimum commons in the discourses to reach consensus. Also, assertive communication was worked on as a means to mitigate school violence. On the other hand, two matrices were built for the collection and analysis of the information. And the school violence category of the texts selected for the preparation of the State of the Art was analyzed and categorized, placing them among three large groups that ended up generating an explanation and a series of pedagogical proposals that allow mitigating the central theme, school violence.
