Abstract
The present research project has as its object of study the home gardens that theoretically are considered a rather reduced space, dedicated to producing a large quantity of useful vegetables such as vegetables, legumes, some fruits, spices and medicinal products for domestic use and consumption. (Gómez and Ortega, 2012) referred by (Gómez, 2015).
