Abstract
This project was done with the purpose of analyzing the Boyacá coal supply chain, with the support from an office automation tool that simulates the systems dynamics, which made easier to understand it, identifying clearly how this sector operates. this study was classified into three different geographic zones of Boyacá, North, Center and East, analyzing data from thermodynamic and metallurgical coal got from a convenience interview, as for the metallurgical coal we found an economical problematic, for what we raised two politics that may help minimizing the current economic impact.
