Abstract
The present degree work consists of the design of a public transport infrastructure made up of a light rail plus tram, with a sectoral urban scope complemented by the architectural development of a sector. Located in Cundinamarca in the horizontal section that is formed between the municipalities of Soacha and Zipaquirá which connects Mosquera, Funza, Cota, Chia and Cajicá. This light rail reduces the travel times of the inhabitants, since they generate multiple trips in the sabana around work and study, by analyzing the number of trips produced between the municipalities, Mosquera is identified as a great attractor and generator of trips. It is decided to carry out an architectural development on this municipality and design an intermodal station that allows interconnection with the regiotram. Which has a flexible architectural program made up of spaces with primary and secondary activities such as shopping areas, spaces for recreation and culture, becoming not only a way station.
