Abstract
The objective of this research is to determine the relationship between the organizational climate and the work performance of workers, based on a documentary review of empirical studies carried out in the last 10 years in Latin America. It starts from the theoretical study of organizational psychology, performance and organizational climate. The methodology of this research will be carried out through a documentary review, together with a descriptive scope. The results of the systematic review indicate that there is a direct relationship between organizational climate and job performance.
