Abstract
Stress is the way or the process in which the body responds when it perceive a situation or event that generates any type of demand or threat Becoming a socially recognized phenomenon being linked to work or activities that are intralaboral and extralaboral. Stress can effect the health in a direct way, Facilitating the appearance of certain diseases or accelerating the process of a chronic disease indirectly either by stimulating harmful behavior or by reducing probability that they appear to be healthy conducts.
In this investigation It was sought to investigate and identify the characteristics of the work demand that Stress-related personnel attend victims of armed conflict according to the type of attention.
To identify these characteristics A qualitative-descriptive research was developed with narrative design in which it is used As a technique of collecting information the semi-structured interview.
The definition of the categories was based on the model of analysis of psychosocial factors specifically in the domain: demands of the work of the intralaboral conditions proposed by (Ministry of Social Protection and Javeriana University).The demands for work and for the subcategories were taken as categories the risk indicators, which help us to identify the own elements according to the type of face-to-face, telephone or on-site attention.
The emotional and quantitative demands and consistency of the role were the ones that were perceived the most by the three types of workers, and the demands of the working day and the influence of work on the extra-work environment showed some differences in the three types of care.
