La investigación examinó los enfoques terapéuticos en psicología en Iberoamérica
durante la última década, destacando la psicología cognitivo-conductual y positiva. Se realizó
una investigación documental que abarcó diez años, desde 2013 hasta 2023, para identificar
tendencias, avances y hallazgos en ambos enfoques. Se exploraron bases de datos para recopilar
y analizar la literatura científica existente.

Abstract
The research examined therapeutic approaches in psychology in Ibero-America over the
last decade, highlighting cognitive-behavioural and positive psychology. A documentary
investigation spanned ten years, from 2013 to 2023, to identify trends, advances, and findings in
both approaches. Databases were explored to collect and analyse existing scientific literature.
