Abstract
Entrepreneurship is currently one of the most prioritized public politics, at least in terms of plans, programs, projects and regulations; although the financing schemes are not the closest thing to the realities of the least favored population.
However, there are several government strategies that give support and guidance to take an entrepreneurial route according to the projections of each of those interested in exploring this socio-economic model, less dependent and sometimes to labor rules, but that It requires greater creativity and commitment when making the decision to undertake what constitutes a business idea, and that later, formalize through a business plan, which leads us to the implementation of a company of goods or services.
This paper outlines a proposal to create a microenterprise in the fruit processing sector, from the line of 100% natural jams from native and exotic fruits, in a region that produces small producers, such as in Castilla la Nueva, Meta ; traditionally agricultural municipality, but which has been strongly impacted by the oil industry, which is because the agro-industrial sector has not been the priority; therefore it becomes a replica, starting with proposals as identified, which are those that in the near future will generate social and economic sustainability.
