    The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the complexity of maritime transport in international trade in the wake of the Covid-19 virus pandemic, thus creating the container crisis. Among the various factors that caused the container crisis is the People's Republic of China, since at the end of 2019 in the city of Wuhan was where the spread of the virus to the countries of the world originated, affecting a large number, which led to the WHO declaring the pandemic and that by force majeure caused a standstill in all economies, ie, the closure of many factories which in turn were forced to reduce their payroll.

For this purpose, two specific objectives were established: to contrast data on total exports and exports of oil and its derivatives in the period 2000-2021, and to show the relationship of international oil prices with Colombian economic growth during the years 2000-2020.

    Comportamiento De Los Créditos De Vivienda En Colombia Durante El Periodo De La Pandemia Covid-19

    In this work, a study was carried out whose purpose was to determine the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the housing mortgage portfolio (CHV - for its acronym in Spanish), the data were extracted from the annexes published by the national administrative department of statistics (DANE - for its acronym in Spanish), in Based on these data, different analyzes were carried out according to the type of housing and the type of credit, through tables and graphs it was possible to observe the behavior of mortgage loans at the national level. The results show the importance that social interest housing and housing leasing have been taking. Therefore, it is concluded that the COVID-19 pandemic did not reduce the housing mortgage portfolio, but it did transform it, giving greater importance to the most vulnerable sectors.

    Baldocer Ltda. is a Colombian company with more than 10 years in the market dedicated to the commercialization and distribution of residential and institutional construction, remodeling and finishing materials, with a satisfactory reception in the market for offering innovative products of excellent quality, building customer loyalty. and exceeding the expectations of its customers. During the last five years, the company Baldocer Ltda has presented a growth of 40% in its profits, which is why the company has decided to explore the feasibility of importing its products directly from manufacturers to save costs and optimize resources without having to resort to distributors in the country. From this perspective, with this work it is intended to present to the company Baldocer Ltda a proposal for the implementation of the international purchasing department in the company located in the city of Bogotá D.C that allows it to carry out the process of importing merchandise directly from suppliers in the outside. For this, in the first place, a diagnosis was made on the current state of the company Baldocer Ltda in terms of commercialized references of international origin. Next, the technical and legal criteria necessary for the implementation of an international purchasing department in the company were described, and finally the organizational structure of the international purchasing department for the company Baldocer Ltda was defined, including the international purchasing procedure and profile of charges required for this department.

    La globalización genera en las empresas el uso de herramientas para evaluar, diagnosticar y mejorar continuamente la productividad, eficiencia en los procesos productivos y a su vez hacer procesos eficaces, sin exonerar el sector de la industria gráfica, interviniendo el proceso de las artes gráficas y la competitividad en este sector económico. El término de artes gráficas engloba varios conceptos, pero principalmente se dedican a ejecutar los procesos artísticos de la creación, elaboración e impresión de un diseño en específico; existen varios medios para aplicar sus técnicas, tales como, rótulos, carteles, packaging (envases, cajas, recipientes, botellas, etc.), etiquetas, libros, revistas e indumentaria. (Escuela de postgrado de arte, artesanía y oficios, 2020) “Al pasar las décadas se evidencia que las artes gráficas como cualquier otra manifestación artística, tiene la finalidad de “expresar” (Reyna, 2020). Es decir, el concepto de “artes gráficas” engloba principalmente el proceso artístico de la creación, elaboración e impresión de un diseño, en este caso se aplica esta técnica al desarrollo de la etiqueta. Considerando lo anteriormente expuesto, esta investigación es el análisis de competitividad entre las empresas JM&A Vs IMAGEN CREATIVA, en el desarrollo de las artes gráficas para las etiquetas de LABORATORIOS MAD, es por ello que es esencial definir el termino de etiqueta, la cual es “una pieza de plástico, madera, tela, papel o pintura que se adhiere a un empaque o envase de cualquier producto y su función básicamente es de facilitar la identificación del producto” (Pérez Benavides, López Bello, Vega Chaparro, & Sánchez Olarte, 2015). JM&A es una empresa Pyme, especializada en la comercialización y producción de suministros gráficos específicamente en etiquetas publicitarias; con 12 años de experiencia, supliendo necesidades del mercado, tales como: distribución de adhesivos propalcotes y vinilos para los distintos sistemas de impresión como offset, impresión digital y serigrafía, Point of Purchase advertising production, and label manufacturing in various presentations, seeking to provide solutions to customer requirements, wholesale wholesale or retail; located in the city of Bogotá (Colombia) in the El Ricaurte neighborhood. JM&A has an added value, providing technical advice prior to the provision of the service, using techniques such as neuromarketing and neurolinguistics. IMAGEN CREATIVA, a company of the artisan regime, with a history of more than 15 years in the Ecuadorian market, offering offset, digital and laser, mainly for the development of graphic arts in relation to labels, in reference to the image, photography and design, working with high standards of quality, having as its main activity the production and marketing of labels, followed by photography around the theme of advertising, marketing, and Point of Purchase (Point of purchase). IMAGEN CREATIVA is a company with human talent of excellent quality and with a Colombian owner who found a potential market in Guayaquil (Ecuador), where the company is located and where for its work with the graphic arts it has managed to position itself in the market.LABORATORIOS MAD is a general regime company, dedicated to the marketing and production of hair care items under the SANOART brand since 2017, being a company that produces its own products and outsources as importer some merchandise, such as shampoos for different types and colors of hair, hair treatments and straightening products - Botox and Keratin; located in the city ​​of Guayaquil (Ecuador). IMAGEN CREATIVA and MAD LABORATORIES have a commercial relationship since 2000, covering Point of Purchase advertising and the development of the graphic arts of labels for its cosmetic products until the year 2018. The company JM&A since this year develops the graphic arts of labels for the MAD LABORATORIES products.Analyzing the corporate qualities of the JM&A company, this research is disposes to identify the possibilities that it has to carry out the entire process of graphic arts of the labels (pre-print, print and post-print) of the company MAD LABORATORIES. The monograph will be developed under the qualitative research method and with descriptive approach, in order to carry out an analysis of competitiveness only among the two suppliers: JM&A and IMAGEN CRATIVA, for the acquisition of all the services of graphic arts, of the labels on the products that the company sells MAD LABORATORIES at Ecuador.     Efectos económicos de la pandemia covid 19, en los principales fondos de pensiones privados de Colombia.

    The returns of the portfolios offered by the Colombian PFAs during the period 2020 - 2021, corresponding to the years where the markets were hard hit by the COVID-19 pandemic, using 2019 as the base year and VAR model was performed using the average returns of the different funds jointly to analyze the impacts that the funds would have in relation to the total return of the funds, the results indicate that: (i) the returns of the different funds recovered a few months after their fall maintaining an economic rationality where the one with the lowest risk has the shortest recovery time and the lowest total fall; (ii) the fund that may have the greatest impact on the total profitability of the PFAs corresponds to the moderate fund as it is the one with the highest percentage of participation in the portfolios and likewise presents the best conditions to face instabilities and falls in the markets.

    The business model came from the search for an idea that allows companies that are dedicated to the area of video games to make the most of all their capabilities and statistics. Considering that the world of video games is one of the sectors with the highest income today, and our handling of blockchain technology as an emerging technology, it is decided to concatenate both technologies and implement a business model. It is appropriate that both authors of this document are fans of video games and have knowledge of economics and programming. A business model is agreed taking into account the experiences of each one, the complaints that exist in the sector despite the fact that the objectives of these companies are to meet the expectations of users in terms of entertainment.     Impacto Del Proyecto De Ley 028 Sobre Las Transacciones Bitcoin En Colombia.

    This monograph aims to publicize the advantages and disadvantages that the approval of bill 028 of 2018 would bring, which seeks the regulation of cryptocurrencies in Colombia, for this specific case the Bitcoin currency will be treated, because it is the leading and strongest cryptocurrency in the cryptocurrency market. Currently this cryptocurrency does not have any legal support from any country, which makes its price very volatile and the investment risk is higher. Now, it is important to analyze this bill taking into account that, by imposing a 5% tax on transactions that generate profits, this influences the decisions of Bitcoin traders to continue with their purchase and sale of this. It is also important to identify the benefits it would bring to the Colombian economy, and thus finally, consider whether it is a viable project for both parties.

This internship was endorsed at the branch of the Santafé Shopping Center in the city of Bogotá, specifically in the commercial area, from which the initial work was to carry out the tasks set by the branch leader, in this case the manager, with whom it was planned and led a plan of strategies and new methods of tools that allow to increase placement of your most profitable products, this in order to increase your commissions and close the gaps of goals not achieved in previous months. Day by day, new ideas and strategies were worked on with the different collaborators and sought ways to generate more knowledge that would allow good advice and a better focus on the market, an objective that the branch and the bank in general must have, moment of capturing new resources or the placement of credit products.

    This project arises from the first moment in which the time and effort were dedicated to opting for the modality of degree work, internship at the Antonio Nariño University in the first semester of 2021. Different applications are made to public and private entities for to be able to develop them in the second semester of the current year, later and with the official confirmation by the entity, in this case from the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, in which they emphasize that the selection process can be passed given my good results in the exams and interviews carried out previously and that I will perform as an intern in the commercial office of Brussels, Belgium remotely and using the English language as the basis of all the processes to be carried out. Therefore, this project consists of the investigative approach referring to the presentation of the entity, its historical framework, its composition, and performance, in the same way the presentation of my functions that were developed during the internship, showing the capacities and abilities that were acquired throughout the work and learning process. With the execution of this project focused on the internship in the ministry of commerce, industry, and tourism, it is sought to demonstrate that the student has enough to generate added value in an entity as important as the ministry and to be able to characterize and understand it clearly and concise.
