Item Análisis de riesgo biomecánico de los puestos de trabajos de la empresa Servioptica S.A.S de Santa Marta, Magdalena(Universidad Antonio Nariño) Campo Gonzales, Juan José; Blanco Giraldo, Yorledis Julieth; Acosta Vega, RickThe objetive of this degree Project is to have an identification in the jobs in the Servioptica company SAS Magdalena, about the ergonomic risks that could be found, in which it was possible to demonstrate through various methods that have been endorsed both nationally and internationally, from which the level of criticality that can be had in the different areas where employees are subjected when fulfilling their working hours within the company is measured. In this analysis of the ergonomic risks found in the workstations of the aforementioned organization, the second update of the risk matrix (GTC 45) Colombian technical guide was used, with which it was possible to identify which were the ergonomic risks with those who were being counted, so that with this, the level they are having in the exhibition of their jobs can be determined; this, by means of the classification and the values that the GTC 45 has established. After that, an evaluation is carried out using methods such as Rosa and Rula, to analyze the data that shows that there are problems of the different health conditions that exist in the jobs at the Servioptica company. SAS del Magdalena; with which it was possible to give results in these diseases within working hours such as: repetitive movements, bad positions, lack of active breaks, data visualization. Thus, finally, upon obtaining said diagnosis in the area of ergonomics in the evaluated company, a proposal was made to give control to the diseases that are being caused by musculoskeletal in the workplace with the areas where more critical risks are they were able to identify.Item Diseño de un manual de operaciones y propuesta de mejoras de proceso para la empresa OCEAN Services Y Trading S.A.S en el municipio de Socha Boyacá(Universidad Antonio Nariño) Burgos Hernandez, Kewin Daniel; Acosta Vega, RickThe purpose of this project is to design an operations manual and create proposals for improvements in the company OCEAN SERVICES Y TRADING S.A.S in the municipality of Socha, Department of Boyacá. To achieve this, an initial diagnosis was applied that allows us to appreciate the strengths and weaknesses of the procedures applied to the International ASTM (American Society of Test Materials) standards, which will allow us to verify all administrative and operational processes. At the time of evidencing the diagnosis made, the weaknesses and strengths must be presented to the company OCEAN SERVICES Y TRADING S.A.S. The corrective and preventive actions that help the development of the didactic manual of operations and procedures, taking into account the findings found in this diagnosis such as partial non-compliance, applicable regulations, processes without procedures documented. To carry out this degree work, it was important to use research techniques focused on compliance with the standards required for each process, both operative and analytical, among which two inductive methods could be applied, because for the project, it is necessary to establish the observation of the processes of production in the company to register them, classify it and with the help of the deductive method, all the variables that control the company will be identified and analyzed, in order to establish the effects that they can cause in the CompanyItem Diseño de un sistema de gestión de calidad bajo la estructura de la ISO 9001 versión 2015 para la empresa Abelpán ubicada en la ciudad de Santa Marta(Universidad Antonio Nariño) Triana Patiño, Erick Jhomar; Rubio Lopez, Gustavo Andres; Acosta Vega, RickThis investigative work determines the activities necessary to carry out the quality management and standardization of the processes in the bakery company Abelpán in the city of Santa Marta, based on the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard and the guidelines established to carry out the SGC. The project arose as a response to the poor organization and documentation of the bakery processes, in addition to the low contextualization of the quality management concept and the customerdirected approach; Therefore, based on the above, the opportunity was born to start this work with the idea of designing a quality management system for the bakery that would allow solving the aforementioned problems. In the first instance, a diagnosis of the current situation of the company was carried out, seeking to understand its organizational context and the level of compliance with respect to the requirements of the aforementioned standard. Then, the creation and reorganization of the processes taken into account in the SGC was carried out, starting from a process map, highlighting the creation of the quality management process for the bakery; Each process had a characterization, procedures and control formats for its standardization. Next, management indicators and the formats to calculate them were developed, allowing the performance of each of the processes worked to be evaluated. The study was developed with the methodology of a case study, with a mixed and descriptive approach, developed through a field design, with the use of investigative techniques such as direct observation, the questionnaire and the documentary review, as well as for the collection From the information, investigative instruments such as the interview and the survey were applied, which were applied to a previously defined population and in a sample calculated using the formula of Lincoln Shao (1996) for statistically infinite populations, obtaining a total of 385 individuals. This was carried out taking into account the market, therefore, different investigations were carried out which helped to obtain the data with which different observations and recommendations could be made. One of the strategies that were addressed in this work was the development of a market research because the customer plays a key role in these businesses where competitiveness is very high and the implementation of the 4p's of marketing where specific recommendations are made based on an analysis made in order to achieve a high management and to generate greater competitiveness in terms of other local sector. Some of the recommendations made in the sections were, in plaza, which was the remodeling of the visual section of the same so that it adapts more to the needs or desires of consumers; in promotion, the OTL strategy was implemented which is based on advertising through the Internet; in person, the realization of talks or training with employees every 3 or 4 months in order to emphasize the importance of different sections such as teamwork and customer service; and finally in price, where it is sought that customers see greater importance to quality over price.
