| Resumen : | The objective of this research work is to analyze the meaning of Emotional Intelligence in young university students in the municipality of Chinchiná, since it has been catalogued, for years, as one of the most violent municipalities at a national level, recognized by micro trafficking, by femicides that are constantly appearing on the front page of local news and newspapers, by a history of drug addiction that has affected the children and youth of the municipality and an endless number of situations that daily resound in the ears of the new generations. |
| metadata.dc.description.tableofcontents: | Este trabajo investigativo tiene como objetividad analizar el significado que tiene la Inteligencia Emocional en los jóvenes universitarios del municipio de Chinchiná ya que éste ha sido catalogado, desde hace años atrás, como uno de los municipios más violentos a nivel nacional, reconocido por micro tráfico, por feminicidios que constantemente están saliendo en primera plana de noticias y periódicos locales, por antecedentes de drogadicción que han afectado a la niñez y a la juventud y un sin fin de situaciones que cotidianamente retumban en los oídos de las nuevas generaciones. |
