Abstract
El presente trabajo de grado es un Proyecto Arquitectónico de Hábitat y Vivienda Colectiva que se centra en soluciones de vivienda para habitantes de barrios marginales ubicados en las periferias de Ciudad Bolívar en Bogotá, en la UPZ Lucero en el Barrio el Paraíso, cuyo principal problema es poseer déficits cualitativos de vivienda en sus predios recién legalizados según (Alcaldia Mayor
de Bogota, 2017) a estos residir en viviendas con condiciones no dignas de habilidad. Se utiliza una metodología de investigación tanto cualitativa como cuantitativa al valorar los datos tomados
de entidades distritales como los de la Secretaria de Planeación Distrital donde se evidencian que el mayor Déficit habitacional se presenta en la UPZ Lucero, posterior a ello se hace un reconocimiento predial de la zona determinando variables Morfo-tipológicas del sitio para establecer necesidades y carencias de los habitantes del sector de estudio. Con lo anterior se evalúan oportunidades y mejoras desde la arquitectura brindado una solución al Déficit Cualitativo al plantear como objetivo el diseñar una nueva tipología de vivienda de interés social modular con
un enfoque progresivo, como alternativa al modelo tradicional VIS.
The present degree work is an Architectural Project of Habitat and Collective Housing that focuses on housing solutions for inhabitants of marginal neighborhoods located on the outskirts of Ciudad Bolívar in Bogotá, in the UPZ Lucero in Barrio el Paraíso, whose main problem is have qualitative housing deficits in their recently legalized properties according to (Mayor's Office de Bogota, 2017) to these reside in homes with conditions not worthy of ability. A qualitative and quantitative research methodology is used when evaluating the data collected. of district entities such as those of the District Planning Secretariat where it is evidenced that the greatest housing deficit occurs in the UPZ Lucero, after which a property survey of the area is made determining Morpho-typological variables of the site to establish needs and deficiencies of the inhabitants of the study sector. With the above, opportunities and improvements are evaluated from the architecture, providing a solution to the Qualitative Deficit by setting the objective of designing a new type of modular social housing with a progressive approach, as an alternative to the traditional VIS model.
