Item Plan Especial de Salvaguardia (PES) Como Manifestación Sociocultural e Histórica en el Camino de Las Papas, San Agustín - Huila y San Sebastián - Cauca(Universidad Antonio Nariño) Lozano González, Luisa María; Rodríguez Flórez, Claudia PatriciaEl Camino de las Papas, also known as Camino Nacional or El Letrero, is an ancestral route wich comunicate the distrcts of Quinchana, San Agustín - Huila and Valecia, San Sebastián – Cauca that has a high historical, cultural and environmental value that has allowed the transport and exchange of various foods, fabrics, minerals, clothing, livestock and traditions through the Macizo Colombiano since the 16th century; however, its importance at national level has gradually diminished due to the deterioration it has experienced thanks to deficient management by the State. It is for thisreason that, considering its recent declaration as Heritage and Asset of Cultural Interest of the Department of Huila, we think about the opportunity to generate a regulation or norm that allows the proper conservation of El Camino de Las Papas, its environment, historical and sociocultural memory through a PES. The project begins with the execution of an integrated approach diagnosis, where quantitative information is gathered through cartographic information tools, and qualitative Information through field work; Subsequently, the analysis of static and dynamic factors identified in the study area is developed, defining a scheme of possible interventions that allow projecting the planning and organization strategies in the rural territory to safeguard the route and the environmental, archaeological, sociocultural and historical factors that it has, framing the project in an urban-regulatory intervention on a cultural heritage.Item Recuperación de la estructura urbano ambiental como estrategia para el desarrollo del espacio público en el río del oro en la ciudad de Neiva Huila(Universidad Antonio Nariño) Galeano Tovar, Laura Valentina; Barrera Lasso, LeonardoAfter an analysis of El Río del Oro, it is one of the rivers that crosses the municipal seat of Neiva in an east-west direction, it is born in the Cuchilla Terpella, a branch of the Neiva hill, at 1000 meters above sea level. It was necessary to cover problems found in the area, the abandonment, the misuse that the development of the city and the different uses not allowed have generated serious problems in this area, starting with an economic, social and environmental study of this sector. Based on this analysis, it seeks to propose a proposal on the territory that includes the Rio del Oro, achieving a great impact in a positive way in the city of Neiva (Huila), which arises from the need to rescue the relationship between the city , public space and the gold river, a link that is lost and that could be effective for the sociocultural and economic development of the capital of Huila.Item Plan parcial de desarrollo del espacio público en función a la articulación de los servicios ecosistémicos a través de la relación urbano rural en Gigante - Huila(Universidad Antonio Nariño) Sánchez Cortés, María Kamila; Barragán García, Sandra Milena; Oliveros Triviño, Karol Dayanna; Alvarez Rivera, Juan CarlosIn the municipality of Gigante - Huila, Colombia, the dynamics of ecotourism and the recognition of the cultural landscape in rural areas have increased, promoting tourism development in the municipality with a cultural, economic and social focus. However, we seek to counteract the low visibility that the municipality has had in the coffee labor market, involving the economy and development of the population and also to provide a solution, generating strategies such as linking ecosystem services, allowing the territorial development of the population with an urban-rural relationship. With this, it is intended to evaluate the dynamics of agricultural and tourist productivity, based on the understanding of the ecosystemic services and the peri-urban relationship; where the collection of information becomes a main tool, which allows the study of the target population, to be represented in the farmers, tourists and users of the urban area, which is determined under a mixed methodology approach, in which the collection of information that is directly related to know the profile of the target population and the territorial transformation of the municipality, under a descriptive and exploratory methodology, is established.Item Regeneración del Frente Urbano del Malecón del río Magdalena de la ciudad de Neiva(Universidad Antonio Nariño) Sánchez Robles, Karen Vanessa; Saavedra Perdomo, ArmandoIn the Magdalena river boardwalk in the city of Neiva, over the years, urban deterioration has increased due to the neglect of government entities in various aspects such as the requirement of land uses located parallel to the boardwalk which are not suitable and do not agree with the POT of the city, which has led to increased insecurity, dirt, invasion of public space by street dwellers and that this is unattractive. Therefore, the objective of this research is to recognize the causes that encourage the deterioration and underutilization of this ecotourism trail, taking into account the activities that occur in the environment in which it is located.Item Plan de mejoramiento Integral barrial en los asentamientos del barrio El Oasis de la comuna 6 en la ciudad de Neiva - Huila(Universidad Antonio Nariño) Córdoba Arcila, Juan Sebastián; Saavedra Perdomo, ArmandoThe realization of the present investigation is on the studies of the subnormal settlements, being its inhabitants a vulnerable population, mainly in the commune 6 of Neiva the subject of the subnormal settlements is approached in a direct and practical way by the protection zone El Loro where a considerable part of families of this commune reside today in this unofficial zone and face diverse urban and city-related problems that have repercussions on the growth of these people. For this reason, it is justified with relevant data the relevance of addressing this issue from an architectural perspective and its urban design strategies, such as the 4 criteria that highlight circularity, living, working and recreation as important pillars for development and offer a model of urban planning, generating proposals raised in this research.Item La dinamización del eje férreo de Neiva inspirada en los mitos huilenses y su identidad cultural.(Universidad Antonio Nariño) Garcia Blasquez, Juan Manuel; Espinosa Ascencio, Nicole Fernanda; Olivera Chamorro, StephaniaThe railways are a real estate that with the modernization of cities and the growth of the urban footprint have been buried; In the case of the city of Neiva-Huila, it still preserves the structures of its cellars, parts of the rails that once crossed the land and the railway station, forming the old railway shaft. The municipality declared the station as immovable architectural heritage for its historical role and the railway corridor as priority tourism development area according to the POT, however, the space is currently in decline, being vandalized and invaded by private and public entities which causes the hindrance of connectivity in this axis of the city, losing the viability of the pedestrian and disappearing the history and cultural importance of its railway system. Previously, urban projects have been proposed in 2013 but did not have foundations on the good management of public space and the revitalization of something already existing without eradicating it, together with strategies that—from the architectural perception—do not keep the sector culturally active. That’s why, with the analysis of the dynamic and static relationships of the city, a great opportunity is developed to consolidate this sector of the race 16 through a cultural playful axis that lends itself to articulate the urban network, complemented by three zones for the revitalization of public space and the strengthening of the Huila culture.Item Paisajes culturales en circuito turístico: articulación y desarrollo de escenarios urbanos en Nátaga, Huila.(Universidad Antonio Nariño) Cortés Gasca, Juan Esteban; Romero Apráez, Carlos AndrésThe municipality of Nátaga has consolidated dynamics and activities economic based on its territory that work alongside its natural, cultural, religious attractions, and its agricultural and livestock productions; Despite the above, they have not been efficiently linked to the tourist power that is born as an opportunity given the resources and inputs that this place has, for greater visibility of its qualities and productive characteristics. Therefore, the objective of this research is to identify and qualify all the values that could benefit the municipality in the potentiation of tourism dynamics from a recognition of territorial memory followed by a verification of information that serves to understand how these can benefit in the search for a common good understanding the space in which these activities are carried out, which in the investigation of solutions can serve as tools for the development of strategies, and are currently executed in rural areas and the urban area in the municipality of Nátaga, supported by bibliographic background and development plans that serve as support for the elaboration of diagnoses and alternatives to develop.Item Parque del Rio: Planificación de espacios públicos vinculados a la estructura ecología principal del municipio de Pitalito, Huila(Universidad Antonio Nariño) Rincón López, Juan Diego; Ogaza Álvarez, Juan CarlosThe spaces for recreation, use and urban development are made up of existing public spaces and created in the city to meet the urban dynamics, the free development of its inhabitants, the impro-vement of their quality of life, among others, is a direct responsibility of the state, of individuals through suitable legal and planning figures, as well as of the citizens who interact in the territory as such. These spaces are designated and used as strategic points for the development of individual or collective activities that consolidate the city, generating identity, dynamism, well-being and satisfaction among the citizens residing in the sector and the community in general that benefits from them, in the city of Pitalito there has been a clear lack of planning and intervention planningthat seeks the endowment, creation and integration of public spaces useful to the city, among the different classes of the aforementioned spaces we find: Public Parks, Zonal Parks, Neighborhood Parks, squares, central park, sports venues and public spaces for human interaction , so that in this way it transcends the city.Item Metodología investigativa para evidenciar un desarrollo Turístico y Cultural replicable en el territorio nacional(Universidad Antonio Nariño) Jiménez Chinchilla, Juan Camilo; Trujillo Dussán, Diana FernandaThe research was born from observing a cultural, planning, cultural-environmental interest disarticulation and the waste of the sectorial potential of the different municipalities and zones at national level; in this specific case in the Department of Huila, where a great economic potential is observed coming from tourism, an opportunity that has not been consolidated in any way thanks to the lack of interest and priority on the part of the inhabitant population and of the assigned resources, deficient development programs and deficit of instruments for the economic development at national, departmental and municipal level. It is proposed to carry out how architecture can intervene in this type of municipalities and "sector type" with elements that provide this sector for an improvement of development based on its strengths and opportunities in culture and tourism based on the characteristic roots of the sector to intervene. This leads to the question: How does the lack of interest and abandonment of heritage limit cultural, tourism and economic development in the department of Huila? In this way, a planning instrument will be developed that will function as a mandatory basis for the creation of land use regulations where municipalities will replicate the instrument and can guide their regulations, their management plans and guide the region towards a tourist / cultural potential based on their zonal potentialities, which aims to develop tourism as an engine and guardian of heritage, enhancing cultural appropriation and sectoral economy.Item Prototipo de vivienda progresiva para las comunidades indígenas de la Amazonia colombiana(Universidad Antonio Nariño) Ramos Borja, Jayber Ernesto; Romero Apráez, Carlos AndrésThis research is intended to be carried out from the perspective of habitat and housing transformations in an indigenous community located in the municipality of Puerto Leguizamo Putumayo, Muruy ethnic group; with the purpose of knowing how are the ways of inhabiting these communities in relation to the ecosystem environment in which it is related and produced, taking into account components such as production, how they appropriate and how they transform the territory, practices that have generated the need to build a domestic habitation as a result of their rush to have a place to live, thus allowing the development of construction systems that are linked to the term vernacular housing, as an immediate response to their needs and as an articulation of housing with respect to its forms to produce and appropriate their habitat. Carrying out an analysis that allows us to know more about the relationship of the domestic habitat with the ecosystem and how your home adapts to the transformation of its environment, its ways of inhabiting and producing, allowing a relationship of how it is the sustainable development of the ecosystem and housing. Responding to the proposal of a housing prototype for the community, which bets on a progressive, incremental and flexible pattern, depending on the ways of living and the articulation of ecosystem services and production of the community, betting on the sustainability, without abandoning their culture and tradition.Item Vivienda colectiva y productiva en El Barrio La Ciudadela Siglo XXI(Universidad Antonio Nariño) Renteria Medina, Gustavo Andres; Rodríguez Flórez, Claudia PatriciaIn the XXI century citadel of the municipality of Florencia-Caquetá, due to the exponential growth of the area, the formation of unplanned urban settlements and the growth trend in that expansion area have resulted in the phenomenon of urban voids, which as the name implies, are spaces that have not been developed or implemented an urban treatment, which disarticulates the already established urban structure. That said, this research aims to analyze the trends and dynamics of formation of informal settlements and how these can be efficiently articulated with urban voids. Taking into account the research, it is planned to generate a treatment of urban development as proposed that articulates the full and empty of the current urban structure, considering that these undeveloped spaces can become very interesting elements of integration in the conformation of informal settlements and improvement of the spatial segregation of the municipality.Item Plan parcial como instrumento de gestión para el mejoramiento urbanístico y revitalización de la zona céntrica de Pitalito Huila(Universidad Antonio Nariño) Montoya Vinasco, Fernando; Ogaza Álvarez, Juan CarlosThis urban revitalization project addresses focused topics in relation to public space, and the ways in which the population transforms these environments according to their needs and sensations. In this research we obtain data on how the inhabitants of the municipality of Pitalito misuse public space, highlighting its cultural diversity, and its agricultural and commercial vocation. A type of methodologies are implemented in this research that is based on two stages, the first is the collection of data through secondary sources, the second involved a field work trip in order to complement the information through observation, indicating that unemployment generates in the population the desire to find a way to survive, invading this public space, in addition to the fact that this urban environment is not in good conditions, it is also possible to conclude that the central area can be intervened through urban renewal and revitalization strategies which will be developed through phases, each under theoretical concepts.Item Reestructuración en la Ruta fluvial del Rio Magdalena, desde Neiva hasta Villavieja (Huila), con énfasis en lo económico, social y cultural(Universidad Antonio Nariño) Cruz Ruiz, Angie Lizeth; Ogaza Alvarez, Juan CarlosThe present investigation is intended to project a fluvial connectivity, which will have the Magdalena River as its protagonist, all this will result in a connection of piers through which it will be possible to execute a portfolio focused on services such as: tourist, cultural, commercial, recreational, transportation and educational.
