Abstract
The objective of this research work is to make an administrative and organizational proposal for the COOMULPROMERT Cooperative, located in the municipality of Rondón, for its improvement.
The methodology developed in the course of the investigation was descriptive-exploratory type, handling different techniques for the collection of information such as observation, survey of 37 members of the administrative-operational part and interview with the Manager.
The results of the research development were based on data collection and internal-external analysis of help matrices to have a real diagnosis of the cooperative. The foregoing helped to carry out short, medium and long term strategies and implement the administrative and organizational proposal that consists of the execution of the mission, vision, culture and organizational structure, manual of functions and performance evaluation.
