Abstract
In order to improve the production processes of pork, one of the challenges of the Association is that all pig farmers carry out the slaughter of pigs in authorized processing plants, that is why PorkColombia through the signed work contract with the company Soluciones Instrumentales de Colombia - SICOL SAS wants to expand its laboratory network to meet the diagnostic and research needs of the country's pork production sector.
For this reason, it was decided to sign the internship agreement with the Antonio Nariño University, in order to have an engineering assistant to support the execution, inspection and scheduling of activities directly involved with the purpose of the contract. The construction processes have a great variety of processes involved and it is quite common to observe that in these processes the activities carried out do not have a specific control in the handling of materials and times, causing inconveniences in work and mainly delays and delays, for this reason the SICOL SAS company implemented a Quality Management plan, certified under the ISO 9001: 2008 Standard, which will be the support material for the execution of the work.
To fulfill the objective of the internship, it was also necessary to use affordable tools designed by the practitioner, such as formats to monitor the good management of the work, accompanied by the photographic records of the place as presented in the document.
