Abstract
This document contains the strategic plan of the “Fondo de Empleados FECEL”, an organization of the solidarity economy whose associates are people linked to the company “Telefónica de Colombia”, thereby attempting to counteract the negative effects on its competitiveness caused by the lack of long-term management. explicitly formulated term.
In its construction, cognitive tools acquired during undergraduate studies in Business Administration and implemented by companies with the same economic activity will be used, always thinking of contributing to improve the living conditions of associates, their families and the sustainability of the environment of influence.
According to the methodology established by the Antonio Nariño University - UAN, the research is carried out in accordance with Agreement No. 48 of the UAN: “To develop practical work that is of special interest to the Faculty and the educational, industrial, commercial, and / or community in general” (pág. 4).
