Abstract
The analysis of the environmental standards that the company Arquitectura y Concreto S.A.S. It was of great importance due to the different shortcomings that had been occurring in the Cerros de los Alpes and Casteló Natura projects, focusing on the optimization of the environmental management system to take advantage of construction and demolition waste, reducing the amount generated and with it also the quantity of materials demanded for the construction processes, which the on-site reuse applies. Initially, the general information of the company was determined as the economic activity, in this case construction of multi-family projects, apartment towers. Subsequently, environmental inspections were carried out on the two projects, identifying the most relevant environmental aspects and impacts.
