Abstract
he fundamental purpose of this study was to examine the behavior of the Land Surface Temperature (LTS) in the urban and rural areas of the city of Bogotá during the period between 2002 and 2022. A survey was carried out comparison using descriptive statistics between these two coverages. The study area ranged from the urbanized region of Bogotá to its rural areas, including parts of the Bogotá savannah
