Abstract
In relation to palliative care needs, 24.4% of the population of patients who participated in the study were classified as NECPAL positive (+), of which 20.5% were in stage 1,28.8% in stage 2 and finally 50.7% in stage3. With the exception of age, the rest of the sociodemographic variables did not have significant relevance with respect to palliative care needs.
