Abstract
In this paper it is intended to analyze the type of mobile phone marketing in Colombia during the 2015-2018 period. To determine some relevant aspects of this means of communication, such as the type of market in wich it was invloved during those five years, the forms of regulation through wich it operated and what is related to sales of cellular equipment.
