Abstract
Falls are the second leading cause of death in the world. For this reason, fall detection systems are widely investigated today. However, these systems often result in false positives. Similarly, the monitoring of vital signs (HR) is of great importance because they are the main signs of life and are the first parameters that are sought when an accident occurs. In addition to constantly monitoring vital signs (HR), it allows the detection of pathologies in a timely manner, providing effective care to patients. This work proposes the development and implementation of a fall detection system for people in addition to monitoring vital signs (FC). The system is based on the use of two sensors. The Kinect 2.0 sensor, which allows monitoring the fall system of one to six patients and a h7 polar sensor, which monitors vital signs (HR) of a single patient, in addition, has an alarm system that is activated by detecting a fall or alteration in vital signs (HR) by sending an e-mail with an image of the fallen patient and the state of his vital signs (HR), this image is sent together taking into account It counts the measurements of the two sensors since it allows to better determine the condition of the patient to the person in charge of their care.
