Abstract
Dogs and humans have been intertwined for centuries, during which time they have forged such important bonds that many people now consider the dog a member of the family and have treated it as such. However, this relationship, which for many years was fruitful, is dissolving in many homes. With this premise the project starts from the identification of a phenomenon, which is partly responsible for the historical relationship between dog and human is fracturing, the phenomenon that was identified is the inappropriate behavior of dogs at home, which is addressed in the problem statement, where issues are worked from the perspective of industrial design as small spaces in the home, limited time for the care of dogs and the physical and mental needs of dogs.
