Abstract
In the stage of the life cycle of the elderly, not only physical and psychological deterioration is observed, but also social deterioration, since both their family and social relationships are affected. Therefore, the need to implement programs where the objective is to promote life relationships in older adults linked to the Cajicá food bank and the Santa Marta refuge foundation. Participants range in age from 70 to 80 years. The themes of assertive communication, self-schematics, relaxation, meaning traces were implemented through individual interventions. For our end, the feedback of the encounters was made, the psychosocial system as a result managed to heal and forgive with themselves and with others and thus obtain relationships with their context. but the meaning of life and his future ideals is to be with his family and to be able to have a job where they can meet his needs, and to be able to have a caregiver who will help him voluntarily.
