Abstract
The purpose of this document is to present information related to the design process of a student’s and teacher's guide book of Colombia. This material was created to help make visible of Kankuama culture, for its creation, it was framed in an ethnographic research monograph since the data were taken by means of audio recording, videos, descriptive techniques. Once the data was recorded, categories were established; a textual analysis was done, to organize each story sequentially, after reading levels were taken into account as an interdisciplinary element and legal base on exposed in the law 1381 of 2010. Which raises suggestions when making didactic material with the use and development of native languages. Finally, the notebook is an innovative and transversal material that helps with the process of reestablishing the Kankuama culture from educational institutions.
